How accurate are the colours represented in the photos?

The fabric colours represented in the photos may differ slightly from the actual product depending on the colour calibration of your device.

Can I visit your store?

Unfortunately we are not a retail store, therefore we are not open to public.

 

PAYMENT

What type of payment methods are accepted?

Currently, we only accept payments by credit or debit card. We don’t store your card details, all transactions are done via Shopify.

 

DELIVERY

Will I need to pay for shipping?

The shipping cost is included in our prices for the UK deliveries.

For the international orders you will find the rates on check out page.

Which countries do you ship to?

United Kingdom, Unites States, Canada, Europe and Australia.

How long will it take my parcel to be delivered?

We will dispatch your order in 2 (two) working days.

UK Deliveries:
Your parcel will be delivered to you by Royal Mail. Once we hand-over your parcel to Royal Mail, it will take 2-5 (two to five) working days for your product to be delivered.

USA and Canada:
Your parcel will be delivered to you by Fedex. Once we hand-over your parcel to Fedex, it will take 5-7 (five to seven) working days for your product to be delivered.

Europe and Australia:
Your parcel will be delivered to you by DPD (subject to availability).  Once we hand-over your parcel to DPD, it will take 5-7 (five to seven) working days for your product to be delivered.

Will my fabric come rolled or folded?

Our fabrics will be sent folded, unless you place an order of 20 metres of the same colour. You will be able to upgrade your shipping from check out page if you want your fabric sent on a roll.

 

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES

Who is responsible for customs and import taxes?

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.



RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy?

You can return your items up to 14 days from the delivery of the goods to you. As long as they are in the condition in which they were sent to you, we will be able to exchange or refund them. Refund process may take up to 14 days. In order to be informed of our product return address and avoid delays in the return process please contact us at support@hometexstudio.com.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of fabrics that have been cut or processed, we kindly ask you to check for defects and make sure you are happy with your fabric before you cut or process it. If the returned goods have been damaged, cut or processed we unfortunately have to reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund.

Who covers the cost of the return postage?

You cover the cost of return postage. Please do not forget to ask for the proof of return postage since we can’t be responsible for returns that do not reach us.
